		<description>Hope Rachel is feeling better...and , for that matter, you too Doug!!  Today I was bit on the left shin by a friendly-looking sheep dog (bad dog - looks certainly can deceive...) - ripped my jeans and only scratched my leg.  So glad I had jeans on as if I was wearing my usual thin work trousers I might still have had pesky dog attached...woof!</description>
