Timbo: “A big HELLO to all my fans out there. I send you all festive greetings! May you all be blessed by Timbo this year. If you are particularly lucky, you might be willing to travel to my ranch using every air mile you’ve ever collected. Wouldn’t that be great?!”

Doug: “Yes Timbo. So, Timbo, is there a reason for your New Year message today?”

Timbo: “Urrmmm. Not really. But i just wanted to say to my fans I love you all! Particularly you, Michael, who has been sending me messages every day since discovering my website. My special envoys Douglas and Rachel recently returned with a Pan du Pascua hand-made by Michael. It was very nice. It was fit for a bear.”

Doug: “Ho ho Timbo, watch out for that wicked humour… you’re only a bear. Luckily, for you, Timbo (eh hermmmm, and us), the Pan du Pascua didn’t fit inside a bear and you didn’t eat it all.”

Hesitation.

“Well I think we should finish with that Timbo.”

Timbo: “A happy new year to awwwwwwll you plebs” (said with a tentative, nervous smile in the style of Elizabeth)

Doug: “Yes Timbo, I think thats enough of the Pisco. You’re already near-horizontal.”
